Though highly recommended by N. Tesla, psychic Edw. Cayce, and others, See's theory has been largely ignored.
He explained gravitational, magnetic and electrostatic fields as longitudinal or compression waves in the Aether, of approximately the same magnitude as the distances over which they operate.
Light, heat and radio are explained as transverse or shear waves in the aether.
When longitudinal aether waves that radiate from masses are coupled, they produce a relative aether vacuum between them, and the bodies are pushed together.
The apparent mass of an accelerating body is caused by increasing drag resistance from the viscous aether.
If a body is rotated at a certain speed, an associated aether vacuum is produced that prevents transmission of the gravitational force.
